Improper operation of the refrigeration ball valve will cause unsafe factors or cause accidents, so the operation of the refrigeration ball valve must strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid accidents. The safe operation of the refrigeration ball valve should do the following work:
1) The operator must identify the object of the operation of the refrigeration ball valve, and do not open other valves by mistake and cause human accidents.
2) When opening the suction valve of the compressor, the condenser or the liquid outlet valve of the liquid accumulator, it must be carried out slowly, and sometimes it should be turned on and off alternately, so as to avoid the wet stroke accident of the compressor caused by the excessive opening speed.
3) During the opening process of the valve, especially when it is close to the maximum opening, the handwheel must be turned slowly, and the force should not be too large, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the valve core is stuck by the valve body and the valve puller falls off. When the valve is at the maximum opening (limited by the hand wheel can not be moved), the hand wheel should be rotated one or two times.

4) During the closing process of the refrigeration ball valve, the operator should pay attention to the appropriate force, not too much force, so as not to damage the valve.
5) Refrigeration ball valves that do not open and close for a long time should be regularly checked for their opening and closing flexibility.
6) The valves in the refrigeration system must be calibrated once a year, and those with problems should be repaired or replaced in time.
7) On the handwheel of the refrigeration ball valve, a red and yellow two-color opening and closing plate made of color steel plate is attached to avoid misoperation as much as possible.
