The customized discharge muffler plays a very important and decisive role in the exhaust pipe. The customized discharge muffler plays a key role in reducing engine exhaust noise and allowing high-temperature exhaust gas to be discharged safely and effectively.
To avoid corrosion in the use of the customized discharge muffler:
1. Avoid water entering the customized discharge muffler. When driving or washing the car in rainy days, avoid water entering the customized discharge muffler. After filling the water, start the engine and run it at idle speed for at least 10 minutes, and drain the accumulated water in the muffler as much as possible. this point is very important!
2. It is recommended to apply anti-rust oil inside the customized discharge muffler. The specific method of refueling is:
1) Remove the customized discharge muffler and plug the drain hole at the lowest position in the middle of the muffler;
2) Add about 50ml of anti-rust oil from the flange connecting the muffler to the engine, shake the muffler to make the anti-rust oil enter the cylinder evenly, and then install the muffler;
3) After the engine is started, as the temperature of the customized discharge muffler rises gradually, the anti-rust oil will volatilize after being heated, and blue smoke will come out from the tail of the muffler. But the blue smoke will disappear after driving 20 kilometers. After the blue smoke disappears, unblock the drain hole;
4) After the new car is licensed, it is recommended to refuel and maintain once, and usually refuel and maintain once every six months.
