The customized transport filter drier is one of the most commonly used accessories in the refrigerant pipeline. It is mainly used to clean the system of harmful substances, thereby protecting important components such as expansion valves and compressors.
The uses of customized transport filter driers are divided into:
Filtration Capability: Filters out harmful substances in the system, thereby protecting important components such as expansion valves and compressors.
Moisture absorption capacity: It is difficult to determine the drier with much hygroscopic capacity for refrigeration products produced according to the standard process, so the production of drier filters is generally nominal according to the standard requirements.

Ability to adsorb acids and esters: Experiments show that the ability of the customized transport filter drier to remove acids and esters is proportional to the mass of the adsorbed material, and the external size and outer surface shape have little effect on this ability. There is no better industry-accepted method for measuring this capability.
Ability to adsorb paraffin: For the refrigeration system under low temperature conditions, because the lubricating oil will precipitate paraffin, which will cause damage to the valve parts, so it must be removed in time, and activated carbon is often used for adsorption.
Refrigerant flow: Because excessive pressure drop will affect system capacity, the lower the pressure drop in the transport filter drier, the better.
